We currently only deliver to Greater Cairo. The date of delivery for your order may vary (1-4 working days) due to courier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and the number of items ordered. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.

We adopt a full Refund Policy in case the product is defected or the product doesn’t meet your expectations. Refunds & returns are only accepted within one week of the delivery date. To request your return, please contact our customer support via contact page to arrange for pickup and refund. Refunds will be processed using original method of payment.

Shipping for any of the above-mentioned returns will be handled by us and EGP 50 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping expense. Returns are usually processed within 1-4 working days from request date.
